DORMER ADDITION

Without increasing the footprint of an existing house, this dormer addition adds over 400 sf of living space to what had been a cramped second story. Previously unusable attic space has been converted to bedroom and office space with generous ceilings, while the remainder of the floor was reconfigured to allow for an enlarged master bath, a guest bath, and open stairwell. Additionally, the floor plan is designed to allow for a future additional bedroom over existing first floor space below.
