ABOUT

WHAT WE DO

From single-family homes to multi-family residential and commercial projects, from small renovations and additions to all-new construction, we create environments that meet our clients’ needs while enhancing their communities and landscapes.

PHILOSOPHY

Whether a project calls for a contemporary design or one rooted in tradition, we believe successful environments are shaped more by timeless design principles than by applied styles or the latest trends.

We believe that functional design means not only meeting the utilitarian and practical needs of our clients, but the emotional, intellectual, and aspirational needs as well.

We embrace the realities of any project-budgets, site conditions, and local regulations-as opportunities to concentrate our focus on the most appropriate design for our clients.

ABOUT BRYAN FISH

In his 30+ years of practice, Bryan has worked on a broad range of architectural and urban design project types, including single-family (all-new construction, renovations, and additions), multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial buildings. Bryan takes a hands-on approach in his role as a design leader, collaborating with clients to create buildings that meet owners’ needs and enhance the urban and natural environment. He has worked closely with clients to engage neighborhood groups, design review boards, and local jurisdictions to meet community needs and gain entitlements. As a LEED-Accredited Professional, Bryan is committed to identifying sustainable building strategies early in the design process, and believes sustainability should be intrinsic to the design of a building.

Bryan is an Illinois native with a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. A summer job documenting historic bridges at Mount Rainier National Park brought him to the Pacific Northwest in 1992.
