OREGON COAST ADDITION

This addition to an existing home started with a strong design concept provided by the owner to create flexible living space allowing for working, entertaining, and sleeping. The new construction is placed on the uphill portion of the sloped site, vertically halfway between the lower and upper levels of the existing home, allowing for a strong indoor/outdoor connection to a new patio with a generous patio door. Geometry and materials are selected to differentiate the new from the existing while creating a cohesive whole for the entire residence. This addition is currently in the construction phase and will be complete in 2026.
